  Leave all hope at the door if you want to get good service here. Took the money for an order without taking the order itself. Then forgot the receipt and did not return when they said that they would go and get it for over an hour and only returned after a phone call to remind them of what they said that they would do in the first place. What absolute rubbish. Will never be ordering from them again.

  Switched to using Domino's in Dunstable after finding out what Papas hygiene rating was and decided on Domino's as they had the highest rating out of all the pizza joints in town.
  
  Have ordered 15-20 pizzas over the last year a mix of collect and delivery. Never had the wrong order, sometimes a little slow (never more than 45 mins with delivery but always hot).
  
  Picked a pizza up once on a bank holiday and all of the staff were working on overdrive, machines couldn't have gone faster and frankly the people collecting food were despicable and rude to the staff.
  
  That said their delivery drivers are, as some have said rather accident prone, just last week one of them reversed into a van when parking up at the back of their shop... and it was daytime.

  Ordered one large pizza with chicken and peppers, took an hour to arrive and was undercooked and cold. Have knocked a star off.

  Order was wrong, waited all together 2 hours and rang up 4 times on a weekday when they aren't busy and was told it would be there in 2 mins, still never turned up.
